As one of the key lead­ers of the largest Russ­ian banks and com­pa­nies for more than 25 years, he has been re­struc­tur­ing them in ac­cor­dance with the pri­or­i­ties of trans­for­ma­tion strate­gies de­vel­oped in col­lab­o­ra­tion with lead­ing global consultants.

Grad­u­ated from the State Acad­emy of Man­age­ment in Moscow and Ecole Su­perieure des Af­faires Uni­ver­sity of Greno­ble (France).

At Aeroflot, in the po­si­tion of Deputy Gen­eral Di­rec­tor, he com­pletely re­or­ga­nized the fi­nan­cial and eco­nomic unit, im­ple­mented the most im­por­tant fleet re­struc­tur­ing pro­gram.
In Power Ma­chines, in the po­si­tion of Deputy Gen­eral Di­rec­tor, as part of the team, he took part in turn­ing it from a bank­rupt into a mar­ket leader, in re­viv­ing the pro­duc­tion po­ten­tial of even pre‐revolutionary leg­endary fac­to­ries.
At VTB and Sber­bank, in his role as Se­nior Vice Pres­i­dent, he de­vel­oped and trans­formed the net­work of for­eign sub­sidiary banks in ac­cor­dance with mar­ket re­quire­ments, in­te­grat­ing these once in­de­pen­dent in­sti­tu­tions into a sin­gle man­age­ment system.

Suc­cess­fully co­or­di­nated com­plex projects with a large num­ber of par­tic­i­pants, be­ing a mem­ber of the boards and boards of di­rec­tors of many organizations.

As a Man­ag­ing Part­ner of the in­ter­na­tional con­sult­ing com­pany Al­varez & Marsal, he was re­spon­si­ble for the re­struc­tur­ing and re­or­ga­ni­za­tion of clients activities.
