Developed Humanitarian Competencies are a Key Factor in successful Development  


Here hu­man­i­tar­ian com­pe­ten­cies are un­der­stood as the per­sonal abil­i­ties of a per­son that al­low him to cor­rectly solve a wide class of tasks and func­tion non‐antagonistically (in­clud­ing cor­rectly set­ting tasks) in busi­ness and so­cial en­vi­ron­ments with a deep un­der­stand­ing of his­tor­i­cal and so­cial char­ac­ter­is­tics in the cur­rent con­text of what is hap­pen­ing. Only in the case of a truly broad and deep de­vel­op­ment of hu­man­i­tar­ian com­pe­ten­cies an en­tre­pre­neur, man­ager, pro­fes­sional, mem­ber of the com­mu­nity is able to fully re­veal their tal­ents and bring sig­nif­i­cant ben­e­fits to the com­pany (com­mu­nity).

We cre­ate a spe­cial en­vi­ron­ment for ex­pand­ing the con­scious­ness of Clients’ em­ploy­ees through a sys­tem of in­ter­re­lated events.

This en­vi­ron­ment helps:

  • for more sen­si­tive and deeper un­der­stand of what is happening;
  • for more ac­cu­rate and sub­tle mu­tu­aly un­der­stand each other for colleagues;
