Grad­u­ated from the Riga Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­sity (Man­age­ment in­for­ma­tion sys­tems de­part­ment which suc­cess­fully spe­cial­ized in the de­vel­op­ment of Ar­ti­fi­cial In­tel­li­gence el­e­ments and prob­lems of decision‐making un­der un­cer­tainty).
